About Cayman Ott
I started in events on the floor of a venue; serving, resetting rooms, watching what made a night run smoothly and what made it fall apart. A few years later I moved to the other side of the clipboard, and I've been coordinating corporate and community events across Southwest Missouri ever since.
That work has ranged from twenty-person leadership dinners to community-wide festivals with thousands of guests, including Lead Ozarks Leadership Conference and Nixa Sucker Days. I've handled the sponsors, the speakers, the volunteers, the vendors, the weather, and the thing nobody planned for.
Cayman & Co is the result of a year of building toward one goal: giving Southwest Missouri businesses and organizations a corporate and community event coordinator they can call for one meeting, or for the whole event.
