Consultations
Consultations are $125, payable at booking. Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your session. Inside 24 hours, one complimentary reschedule is available. Consultations are non-refundable, but the fee stays creditable toward a package for 30 days.
Packages and quotes
Every event is quoted individually after a consultation. Published ranges are guides, not quotes. Any work outside the agreed scope may be added and billed separately with prior approval.
Payment
A 50% deposit is due at signing to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due as stated in your signed quote. Credit and check accepted.
Cancellations
Consultation fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a booked package after your consultation, work already completed is invoiced at $125 per hour, and any deposit is applied against that amount. Balances are non-refundable after services are complete.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate event details, venue access, and timely communication so Cayman & Co can perform effectively. Cayman & Co is not responsible for ticket sales.
Vendors
Cayman & Co sources and coordinates vendors on your behalf but is not responsible for vendor performance, service quality, or contracts between you and any third-party vendor. Vendor, venue, décor, and material costs are billed directly by each vendor.
Circumstances beyond our control
Cayman & Co is not liable for venue issues, weather disruptions, vendor delays, or unexpected emergencies.
Travel
Events more than approximately one hour from Nixa, Missouri include a travel fee, quoted with your package.
Event media
Cayman & Co may request permission to use event images or feedback for portfolio, social media, and promotional materials. Nothing is shared without client approval.
